v1.9 — Multi-tenant companies, roles, and onboarding

Bedrock now supports multiple users per company with role-based access. Plus: a 5-step guided onboarding for new accounts.

Multi-tenant companies. Every account belongs to a company. Invite teammates, assign roles, and share data within company boundaries. Role-based access. Owner, Admin, Estimator, Viewer roles with appropriate permissions on projects, cost database, and proposals. Until v1.9, Bedrock data was scoped per user. Most contractors have multiple estimators on a team. Multi-tenant companies let them share a cost database, an assembly library, and a bid pipeline — without sharing user accounts or passwords.

Data is fully isolated between companies via row-level security. There is no cross-company data access.

Owner: full access, billing, can delete the company. Admin: full access except billing and company deletion. Estimator: create and edit projects, takeoffs, estimates, proposals. Viewer: read-only access.
